Admin Area > Viewing Codes
The Viewing Codes module is used to generate, query, and manage redemption codes for courses or services on the platform. This module supports multiple types of codes and provides filtering and search functionalities. Administrators can batch process codes and view detailed information for each code, including QR Codes, redemption page links, expiration dates, and a complete modification history. This module is particularly suited for educational institutions or online learning platforms, effectively and flexibly distributing course permissions or points for promotional activities and student management.
Add Viewing Codes: This function is used to create new redemption codes. Administrators can choose to generate codes of type "Points Card," "Course Package," or "Single Course," and fill in relevant information such as quantity, points/duration, status, etc., based on the selected type.
Search and Filter Viewing Codes: Administrators can quickly locate specific codes by entering a "viewing code/identifier" and using dropdown menus for "Category" (e.g., "Points Card," "Course View") and "Status" (e.g., "Enabled," "Disabled," "Redeemed") for multi-filtering.
Modify Viewing Code Settings: Administrators can view and modify detailed properties of individual codes and access a comprehensive "Modification History" that tracks all changes.
Batch Operations on Codes: Administrators can perform unified operations on multiple codes. By selecting codes from the list, they can enable or delete them simultaneously.
Export Selected Data: Administrators can batch export selected code data for further management and organization.
After logging in, navigate to "Admin Area > Viewing Codes."
Click the "Add" button at the top of the "Viewing Codes" interface.
A "Please Select" window will appear. Choose the type of code you wish to add, options include: "Points Card," "Course Package," or "Single Course."
Fill in relevant information based on the selected code type:
After completing all required information, click "Save" to finish creating the codes.
Locate the viewing code you wish to modify in the data list. Click the "Modify" button in the list, or select it via checkbox and click the top "Modify" button to open the "Modify Viewing Code Settings" pop-up window.
In the pop-up window, you can view and modify detailed attributes of the code:
After modifications, click "Save" to apply changes. To discard all changes, click "Cancel."

Additionally, you can select statuses such as "All," "Available," "Enabled," "Redeemed," or "Disabled" from the "Status" dropdown menu. After setting filters, click the "Search" button to execute.
A: In the data list, click the "Modify" button next to the code you want to change, or select it via checkbox and click the top "Modify" button to open the "Modify Viewing Code Settings" window. Here, you can adjust the code’s "Status," view automatically generated "QR Code," "Embed Code," and "QR Code Page" links, confirm "Course Binding" details, and check the modification history including time, content, source IP address, and operator.
A: Select multiple viewing codes by checking the boxes next to each entry in the data list. Click the top "Enable" button to activate selected codes. To delete selected codes, click the "Delete" button.
